Description
Join us for an immersive experience of somatic restoration, DCC practice, art activation, and collective joy – live and in person!
You are exhausted. Not lazy… exhausted. Decades of urgency culture, racial capitalism, and collective grief have wired your nervous system for survival, not joy. And somewhere along the way, you were taught that rest was a reward, play was a luxury, and pleasure was something you had to earn.
That was a lie. And this is the antidote.
What does it cost to keep living that way? Disconnection from your body. Numbness masquerading as strength. Isolation dressed up as independence. You keep showing up for the movement, the family, the work — and you keep leaving yourself behind.
The revolution doesn’t need more martyrs. It needs people who are alive.
After losing a platform of 700,000+ followers overnight, liberation educator and author myisha t hill didn’t collapse she got in an RV and drove across the country. What happened in those cities, those rooms, those circles, changed everything.
People cried. People laughed until their sides hurt. People remembered that they were allowed to feel good. That is the work. That is the revolution.
Joy Is the Revolution is a global tour running April 2026 through November 2028 — and it’s coming to you.
When you walk out of this experience, you will…
- 🧘🏻♀️Feel it in your body — somatic restoration practices that actually work
- 🗣 Speak differently — Direct Compassionate Communication (DCC) circles that shift how you relate
- 🤸🏾Remember play — art activations and community rituals that wake up what’s been dormant
- 🫂Know you’re not alone — a room full of people choosing liberation over survival
This isn’t a lecture. This is a full nervous system reset.
